Feferity Designs Return and Exchange Policy

At Feferity Designs, we pride ourselves on creating bespoke, custom-made, and bridal pieces tailored to perfection. Due to their personalized nature, they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

For our Ready-to-Wear collections, we offer returns and exchanges under specific conditions to ensure customer satisfaction. Please review the details below:

Returns and Exchanges for Ready-to-Wear Items

We accept returns and exchanges only if:

  • The item does not fit as expected.
  • The item arrives damaged or defective.

Exchanges can be made for items of equal value only. We have a strict 7-day return policy, meaning you must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note:

  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Orders can only be canceled before dispatch.

Refunds and Processing Time

  • Refunds are only applicable for damaged or defective items. Delivery charges will be refunded only if the item is faulty.
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for us to process refunds once your returned item is received and approved.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, contact us at info@feferitydesigns.com. Any items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

The quickest way to get what you need is to return the item and wait for confirmation that your return has been accepted. Once processed, we will notify you when your replacement item has been shipped.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@feferitydesigns.com so we can promptly resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale or clearance items.
