Order Processing and Shipping Information

At Feferity Designs, we are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience. Below are the details regarding order processing, shipping, and associated responsibilities.

Order Processing Times

• Custom-Made Orders: Processing and production times range from 10 to 15 business days, depending on fabric availability and design complexity.

Please note: Order processing time is separate from shipping time.

Order Pickup

• In-store or local pickup orders are typically ready within 1 to 3 business days after processing is complete.

Customs and Import Duties

• All customs duties and taxes are imposed by your country’s government and are the buyer’s responsibility.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

Returns and Exchange Shipping Costs

• Buyers are responsible for all return or exchange shipping costs.
• Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging. If an item is returned damaged or not in its original state, the buyer will be responsible for any resulting loss in value.
